Crestone Peak Colorado 14er Rope Hat

Crestone Peak is located in the Sangre de Cristo Range of Colorado and is one of the more challenging 14ers in the state, with a long standard route that drops into a basin before climbing 2,000 feet of sustained scrambling up the famous "Red Gully" to the summit. It's connected to neighboring Crestone Needle by one of Colorado's classic 14er traverses.
