Patch Application Guide

Proper application of your woven iron-on patch helps ensure long-lasting performance.

Prepare the Garment

  • Ensure the garment is clean, dry, and laid flat on a hard, heat-safe surface.
  • Set your iron to a cotton setting with steam turned off.

Position the Patch

  • Place the patch adhesive side down on the desired area of the garment.
  • Cover with parchment paper to protect the patch and fabric from direct heat.

Apply Heat

  • Press firmly with the iron and try not to move the iron much while pressing. Apply even pressure.

Cooling and Care

  • Let the patch cool completely before handling.
  • Wait 24 hours before washing. Turn garment inside out and wash on a gentle cycle with cold water.
  • Air drying is recommended. Avoid high heat in dryers and do not bleach.
  • For extra security, especially on frequently washed items, you may sew around the edges of the patch after ironing.
