Patch Application Guide
Proper application of your woven iron-on patch helps ensure long-lasting performance.
Prepare the Garment
- Ensure the garment is clean, dry, and laid flat on a hard, heat-safe surface.
- Set your iron to a cotton setting with steam turned off.
Position the Patch
- Place the patch adhesive side down on the desired area of the garment.
- Cover with parchment paper to protect the patch and fabric from direct heat.
Apply Heat
- Press firmly with the iron and try not to move the iron much while pressing. Apply even pressure.
Cooling and Care
- Let the patch cool completely before handling.
- Wait 24 hours before washing. Turn garment inside out and wash on a gentle cycle with cold water.
- Air drying is recommended. Avoid high heat in dryers and do not bleach.
- For extra security, especially on frequently washed items, you may sew around the edges of the patch after ironing.
